This is a ladder workout:
10 pull-ups
10 dips
10 push-ups
then 9 pull-ups, 9 dips, 9 push-ups
…all the way down to 1-1-1.
That’s a total of 165 reps — the goal is to finish it as fast as possible, with minimal rest.
