Thank you to everyone who joined me for this live arm workout broadcast. My normal training routine includes a 5 day split and I train my arms (triceps & biceps) on the same day at the end of my workout week.
In this video I'm sharing three different Tricep/Bicep Supersets for a great arm pump.
1- Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension & Seated Dumbbell Hammer Curls
(4 x 12, 12, 10, 10)
2- Barbell Overhead Tricep Extension & Barbell Bicep Curls in a modified Preacher Position (4x 12, 12, 10, 10)
3 - Bent over Dumbbell Tricep kickbacks & Seated Incline Dumbbell Bicep Curls
(4 x 12, 12, 10, 10)
