A very unique pedestrianised crossing on the high street in Grays, Essex.
The level crossing has been prone to lots of misuse and trespassing over many years. In 2015, Network Rail proposed to close this crossing and replace with a footbridge, but this got turned down and new plans are now in the works to eventually close this crossing and replace it with an underpass. The underpass and station changes are all part of the town's redevelopment scheme.
