Lightning Scientific Arnis International (LSAI) 13 Manners of Striking - with Footwork and Body Displacement. Once yiu attained a degree of confidence and grasp in executing the 13 Manners of Striking in static position, the next challenge is to practice it with footwork. This will give you a baseline understanding of the relationship between how and where you move your body, and how this intention drives your legs and create foot patterns. Also it gives you a chance to develop an understanding of your cadence and timing.
