Ingredients
Carrot -1
Cabbage -1cup
Spring onion -2tsp
Garlic -2tsp
Ginger -1tsp
Green chilli-2
Salt-
Chilli Powder -1/2tsp
Corn flour -3tbsp
Maida -2tbsp
Oil - for frying
For Gravy
Oil -2tbsp
Ginger -1/2tsp
Garlic -2tsp
Green chilli -2
Ketchup - 2tbsp
Soya sauce -1-2tbsp
Salt-
Sugar -1/2tsp
Vinegar -1/2tsp
Pepper powder -1/4tsp
Chilli powder -1/4tsp (opt)
Cornflour mix -
Hot Water -2cup
Sesame oil -1/2tsp (opt)
Method
Finely chop the vegetables ..
To that add ginger garlic green chilli spring onion salt chilli powder and mix well ..close and leave for few minutes ..
Then to that add maida and cornflour mix well..make balls and fry them well ..
Heat oil in a kadai ,add ginger garlic and chilli saute for few minutes ..Then lower the flame and chilli powder ,mix well.
Now add tomato ketchup and Soya sauce ..mix ..
Now add water and stir well ..to that add vinegar ,sugar ,salt and pepper powder ..allow to boil ..
Then to that add fried veg balls and cook for 3-4 minutes ..
Now add cornflour mix and stir well and cook ..
Finally add spring onion ,ginger and sesame oil ..
So the tasty veg Manchurian is ready to serve ..
