▶ Ingredients :
● Instant Noodles
● Seafood
● Hot Dogs
● Pork Ham
● Cabbage Shallot
● Tomato
● Shallot
● Carrot
● Culantro
● Garlic
● Red Chilli Pepper
● 5 tbsp, Sugar
● 3 tbsp, Fish Sauce
● Lime Juice, to taste.

Method :
1. Cut the fresh seafood and rinse to ensure it's clean. Cut the vegetable into size for salad.
2. Blanch the instant noodles into boiling water for 50 seconds. Blanch the cabbage and shallot for 30 seconds. Blanch the seafood and hot dog for 5 to 7 minutes.
3. In a clay or wooden mortar, add the garlic and chili. Pound with wooden pestle until slightly smooth. Add the sugar, fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
4. In a big mixing bowl, Place all ingredients, except the noodles and culantro. Pour the sauce and combine it well.
5. Add the noodles and continue to combine. Sprinkle the culantro and serve.
