What's In My Bag | Things I Take to Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, & Silks Class
Many of these are optional and specific to me, but can give you a rough idea of things you might need! You will learn as you go, though. :)
It's so intimidating walking into a new hobby, so I think videos like this are super important. When I was a beginner aerialist, I wanted to know what to wear, bring, and expect so I could be as prepared as possible for class. Getting a glimpse into my aerial bag will hopefully help you get an idea of what you might want or need to bring to your very first class, or give you ideas for what you COULD be bringing with you.
