BIKEPACKING FUERTEVENTURA - AJUY to MORRO JABLE
In March 2022 I did an 8 day bikepacking trip on the Spanish Canary Island of Fuerteventura.
This video is Part 3 and day 4 of that trip.
On this day I rode from Ajuy on the West coast to Morro Jable on the South-East coast.
On this trip I passed the villages of Pajara and La Pared.
Today a very strong wind was blowing. This made my crossing of the sand dunes in the Southern part of the island quite challenging. At a certain point it felt like a full blown sandstorm.
The made this day one of the more adventurous ones on this trip. As I was nearing my hotel in Morro Jable it started to rain. Pretty rare for Fuerteventura. Still beats the snow at home!!
