I've totally been there! In this tutorial, I'll share my tried-and-true method for decluttering your entire home, one room at a time. Even if you have ADHD or a busy schedule, this approach makes the process manageable and less stressful.

The Steps (in case you forget!)
Decluttering Steps: A Named Breakdown
Pick a Room: Don't move on until this room is done!
Trash Removal: Grab a bag and dispose of any obvious trash.
Gather Supplies: Collect three boxes:
Keep Box: For items you want to keep but need to relocate.
Declutter Box: For items you're ready to get rid of.
Maybe Box: For items you're unsure about.
Pile Creation: Gather remaining items and pile them against a wall.
Cleaning: Clean the floor and surfaces.
Bin Preparation: Grab labeled bins for different areas.
Sorting and Binning: Place items from the pile into appropriate bins.
Relocation: Move bins to their respective rooms.
Putting Away: Start putting away items in the room's bin. Add items to the declutter or maybe box if needed.
Storage: Store remaining boxes in a designated area.
Final Touches: Clean or rearrange if necessary.
