In a slow and control fashion, follow along with me on this Cable Machine Workout where we will utilize The Straight Bar, The Handle, and The Rope to strengthen our full body 💪🏼 Let’s dive into each move knowing WE CAN hit 15 Reps for each move. LET’S 👏🏼 GO 👏🏼
Format: 15 Reps, 11 Moves, 1 Rounds
All in 25 Minutes 🙌🏼
*Move: Elevated Static Lunge
I will be using a barbell plate to help elevate my single leg to execute this exercise. If you have access to one or another safe tool or equipment to help elevate, please find one before starting this workout. Otherwise, keep it simple with a regular Static Lunge 😎

⚠️ Friendly caution that with Cable Machines, be aware the start and finish of each move with heavier weight does require slow and methodical prep and reset. Once you become familiar with the machine and the feels of all the movements, you will fall in love!
