Hey guys! This is Peter Bayer, I’m a current professional baseball player in the Oakland A’s organization as well as throwing trainer at Driveline Baseball & FAST Performance.
Here’s my current (always adapting) daily warm-up routine that I do every day before throwing. I’ve been posting a lot of unique videos on my Instagram page in terms of my training and had quite a few requests for a full video! All of this was done at FAST Performance here in Denver, CO.
Most of my warm-up is movement based, active stretching (holding for a considerable amount of time), range of motion. It’s all about strength through length! I’ve gotten away from wasting my time on foam rollers and soft tissue work. I’ve noticed my recovery is way better, I’m stronger, more flexible, etc.
