This is a sequel to the previous video, and the train I'm on is the same.
The Iida Line runs through the bottom of a long, wide valley called Ina Valley, and is nearing the end of the valley, with more houses along the tracks.
When the train arrives at its terminus, the conductor repeatedly announces that, in consideration of train delays, the express train running from there to Tokyo will depart after the train arrives.
The train leaves Ina Matsushima Station, the starting point of this video, just after 5:11pm.

列車は伊那松島駅を17時過ぎに発車しています。17時4分定刻の列車が７分遅れということですから、17時11分過ぎの発車でしょうか。
