We’ll walk through what went wrong, and how it maps to four key product risks every developer should understand: valuable, usable, feasible, and viable. Most engineering teams are great at solving for feasibility, but the biggest risks often hide in the other three. This talk will help you spot assumptions early, work more effectively with product and design, and avoid building the wrong thing beautifully.

Trevor Acy is a Mississippi-based product leader and founder of Delta Product Group, where he helps startups and growing teams build better digital products through product coaching, strategy workshops, and fractional leadership.
