This class is a moving meditation on clarity, perspective, and the kind of unexpected sparkle that arrives when we slow down and clear what’s been clouding our view.
In this practice, we’ll explore:

✨ Twisting, reaching, and shaking to clear out emotional and physical residue
✨ Finding stillness and softness to notice what’s already beautiful
You may not know how much more is available to you—until you pause, breathe, and gently wipe away what no longer belongs.
