Resepi roti kali ini ialah roti savory berintikan tuna, dan kali ini agak istimewa kerana saya letakkan hirisan telur rebus di atasnya. Untuk rasa yang lebih sedap, picitkan mayonis di atas intinya. Roti tuna ini tidak pedas, pedas sedikit sahaja kerana ada sedikit serbuk lada hitam. Kalau suka lebih pedas, boleh juga nak taburkan sedikit chili flakes atau picitkan sedikit sos cili. Roti ini sangat sesuai dinikmati sebagai sarapan pagi kerana cukup sumber proteinnya. Tekstur roti juga lembut dan boleh hangatkan roti sebentar sebelum dinikmati.

Jumlah Roti : 10 keping (60+ gram )
❤️DOH ROTI :
170 ml ke 180 ml susu (sejuk) | 1/2 cawan + 3 sudu besar ke 3/4 cawan
1 biji telur gred A (+- 54 gm tanpa kulit) - keluarkan 1 sudu besar untuk sapuan roti
5 gm yis segera | 2 sudu teh
50 gm gula pasir halus | 1/4 cawan
250 gm tepung roti | 2 cawan
65 gm tepung gandum | 1/2 cawan
1/2 sudu teh garam
45 gm marjerin/ mentega bergaram lembut | 3 sudu besar
❤️INTI/ TOPPING :
2 tin kepingan tuna dalam air/minyak
1 biji bawang besar/ Holland (didadu)
Sedikit minyak masak untuk menumis
Sedikit garam
Mayonis
4 biji telur rebus - hiris
Serbuk lada hitam kasar
Parsley kering
Parutan keju Cheddar
❤️SAPUAN ROTI :
1 sudu besar telur
1 sudu besar susu
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 190℃, 15 ke 20 minit, api atas bawah, rak kedua bawah. Panaskan ketuhar 15 minit.

This time I made savory bun, filled with tuna flakes. I added sliced hard-boiled egg and drizzle mayonnaise generously on top. To add mild spiciness, I sprinkled black pepper powder on top. You can also sprinkle chili flakes or pipe some chili sauce to add spiciness. These buns are perfect for breakfast as they're loaded with protein. The buns are soft and you can reheat before serving.

Yield : 10 pcs (+-60 gm)
❤️BREAD DOUGH :
170 ml to 180 ml cold milk | 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp to 3/4 cup)
1 large egg (+-54 gm without shell) - remove 1 tbsp for egg wash
5 gm instant yeast | 2 tsp
50 gm fine sugar | 1/4 cup
250 gm bread flour | 2 cups
65 gm all purpose flour | 1/2 cup
1/2 tsp salt
45 gm margarine/ softened salted butter | 3 tbsp
❤️FILLING/ TOPPING :
2 cans tuna flakes in oil/ water
1 onion/ Holland onion (diced)
cooking oil as for stir frying
Salt
Mayonnaise
Coarse black pepper powder
Parsley flakes
Shredded Cheddar cheese
❤️Egg Wash :
1 tbsp egg
1 tbsp milk
BAKING TEMPERATURE : 190℃, 15 to 20 minutes, top & bottom heat mode, middle bottom rack. Preheat oven 15 minutes.
