This week we go back to the 1950's where one of the deadliest train derailments in the countries history would happen. Causing the deaths of over 80 people and injuries to hundreds more. This train crash would be learning moment in the train industry as it happened due to the relaxed precautions and human error of the Pennsylvania Railroad. Disregarding these facts the Penn Railroad would refuse to take any responsibility and in the end payed tens of millions to the families of those who died as well as the injured.
