Outdoor Guinea Pig Enclosure and Tiny Village Tour

Here is a video showing our outdoor guinea pig enclosure. This is 6x9 ft and about 6 ft 8 in tall, which allows us to walk in there and do any cleaning necessary without bending over. We have 8 guinea pigs in there. Rather than trying to remove the poop, we actually add compost over the poop.

Note that the clear cover is good for the winter to provide weather protection and also let sunlight in to keep them warm. this should NOT be a greenhouse- make sure there's plenty of ventilation and rain isn't bad either to help wash away any debris in the run and keep the soil moist on their feet. I need to wet this soil because it's getting dry and dusty.
