Lasagna is a great dish, layered with a fantastic variety of homemade sauce, lasagna noodles, mushroom and vegetable. This is a must try dish.

Ingredients:

Tomato sauce with mushroom and vegetables (step 1)
5-6 tomatoes (boiled, skin peeled)
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Keep some and the rest blended into paste.
1 onion
2-3 clove garlic
5-6 dried mushroom (soaked in hotwater)
2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional)
Salt for taste
1 tbsp butter
About 10pc button mushroom
Spinach
Cabbage
Carrot
1 chili

Creamy Bechamel sauce (step 2)
100g butter
2-3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup full cream milk
½ tsp Blackpepper (or nutmeg)
Salt for taste

For layering (step 3)
Lasagna noodles (your preference, either boil or no-boil)
2-3 tsp olive oil (or any vegetable oil)
Cheese (any type of cheese as you wish)
Parsley flakes
