In this lesson we'll examine an energy storage device known as a capacitor. We'll introduce the concept and units of capacitance and examine those properties that influence capacitance. Additionally, we'll examine capacitor construction techniques and learn to interpret and measure capacitance values. Finally, we'll examine series and parallel relationships of capacitors.
