RIP Steve Cotter Inspirational Fitness Leader Heart Attack at 54 Vegan Diet is not for Longevity?

Steve Cotter, RIP. He was amazingly inspiring to me and so many others. I take the time to discuss why to me it’s obvious that the vegan diet ended his life far earlier than anyone would have wanted.

What if he had lived on an animal food based diet? I expect he would have made his 80s or 90s and we would have him around to grow old with.

He lived his life the way he wanted. Everyone should do so. But he put himself out there as a “longevity coach”. And that title and many of the interviews he did pushing veganism as the right way… have not aged well due to the result of his very early death of a sudden and massive heart attack at 54.

I love who he was. He was quick to respond to my outreach to him for guidance on a project that changed the direction of my life.

My tribute to him is to say thank you so much and I’d want everyone to know that he had an amazing heart and professionalism.

At the same time I want to caution anyone who is allured by vegan propaganda and that cult which can cause danger.

We are animals. Human physiology does best in animal products. Eat whatever you want. But if your goal is longevity… get away from the emotional pulls of vegan/vegetarian culture.

Do your own research. Don’t let others persuade you. Set your own goals and life objectives and be strategic and avoid the politics as much as possible.
