In this video, I’ll show you how easy it is to make this satisfying chili using simple, wholesome ingredients.
Serve it with rice, baked potatoes, or toast for a complete meal.
Chili Ingredients
1 cup diced vegetables (carrots, onions, celery, bell pepper)
1-2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon spoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Chili flakes (optional)
2 x 398ml cans diced tomatoes
1 x 540ml can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 -2 cups corn kernels
Cashew Sour Cream Ingredients
(Full size recipe)
1 cup raw cashews (soaked in hot water for at least 30 minutes, then drained)
3 tbsp hemp hearts
½ – ¾ cup water (adjust for thickness)
2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp sea salt (optional)
