🔆 අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය

1. බාස්මති හාල් 1kg
2. කැරට් ලීක්ස් 250g බැගින්
3. තලාගත් ඉඟුරු සුදු ලූණූ මේස හැදි 4
4. බිත්තර 6 - 8
5. කෑලි මිරිස්
6. ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු
7. ලුණු සහ සීනි රස අනුව..
8. සුප් කැට 2 ( දානවා නම් විතරක් )
9. තෙල් 250 ml

♻️ බාස්මතී සහල් මුලින්ම සෝදා 20min පමණ පෙගෙන්න තබන්න.
♻️ ඊට පස්සෙ වැඩිපුර වතුර ප්‍රමාණයක් රත් වූ පසු හාල් දමා තම්බා ගන්න. ( තෙල් මේස හැදි එකක් එකතු කර ගන්න)
♻️ හාල්ටික තැම්බූ පසු වතුර පෙරා බත් එක හොදින් නිවා ගන්න.

3. ලීක්ස් දණ්ඩක්
