In this episode, we take you on the first leg of our overlanding journey — from the busy roads of Dubai to the remote salt flats of Bar Al Hikman, and onward to the stunning Sugar Dunes of Oman.

This isn’t just a drive — it’s a test of patience, preparation, and presence.
We crossed 45km of salt flats in the early dawn, drove through unpredictable wetlands, and ended the day with glowing ocean waves and good company.
