🍽🇺🇸 Last month, U.S. Ambassador Claire Pierangelo had the pleasure of discovering some flavorful highlights from Chef Henintsoa Moretti’s cookbook Haka Fy Tsiro including the Varanga Haka Fy featured on the cover, the Ravinkazaha masametso (also known as Ravitoto), the iconic Manara-molotra, and more.
