A couple of times a year our Mosquito Fighter-Bomber is rolled out of the hangar she occupies with the two other DH.98s to give visitors a different perspective on the aircraft. This only takes place weather permitting! A dedicated team of volunteers look after all three Mosquitos and ensure the 'roll outs' run smoothly, and display ancillary equipment and weapons that accompany the exhibit.
The Museum’s Mosquito FB.VI, serial number TA122, was one of the relatively small numbers of variants built at Hatfield.
