We dialed up the complexity with an upper body sequence to keep the mind (and shoulders) engaged. Keep the movements big and feel the heart rate begin to rise for a quick cardio pick-me-up. You’ll be surprised how much is accomplished in less than 5 minutes!

FIT TIP: In the arm sequence, the side you step out is the same side arm that goes up first (step right, right arm up). The arms switch as you step back together before lifting both arms overhead. It’s a head spinner at first, but you’ll nail it after several repetitions!
