A Keto Brownie Experiment…did it work?

How many of you have wanted to take an old recipe and just remake it? In this video, I do just that. I take a recipe from my childhood, and King Arthur’s Keto Wheat Baking Flour (says measures 1:1 to all purpose flour), and I let myself be the test kitchen. Did it work? You’ll have to tune in to see.
Here’s my childhood recipe with keto tweaks:
1/2 c melted butter
6 oz melted Lily’s chocolate chips
1/2 t vanilla
1 c sugar substitute
2 eggs
1 c King Arthur’s Keto Wheat Baking Flour
1/4 c optional
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Pour into greased 8x8 pan and cook 20-25 minutes…no longer (I’m thinking closer to 20) at 350 degrees. Cool. Sprinkle powdered sweetener of choice on top. Enjoy!
