Hi, I’m Justin Bauer, and I specialize in helping busy women transform their bodies without giving up their favorite foods or spending endless hours in the gym.

Over the years, my team and I have perfected a method that allows you to lose 20 to 30 pounds in just a few months. Back in 2014, I had an unhealthy relationship with fitness. I starved myself, cut out all "naughty" foods, and worked out obsessively, leading to constant anxiety and social isolation. My life, relationships, and body were falling apart. With guidance from an Olympian mentor, I discovered a better way – a flexible method that allowed me to enjoy burgers and drinks while maintaining my physique and performance. It felt like a fog had lifted, and I reclaimed my life.
