How to make a Diamond woven panel, fabric weaving project

Let's make a diamond woven panel! It's a fabric weaving project. We've framed the finished panel but you can use it as part of a quilt's design, or when making items of clothing for a unique effect.

If you make it a little bit larger, you can easily turn it into a cushion or a bag. To increase its size you have to make the strips longer. Then you can either make them wider to cover the extra space, or continue to add more strips in whichever direction you need.
