5/3/1 Boring but Big is a high volume strength training program written by Jim Wendler. It incorporates 5/3/1 training, followed by 5 sets of 10 reps on the main lift of that day (squat, press, deadlift, or bench). In this video I explain the program, discuss my experience and thoughts, and what I plan to do in the future.
