Landscape Photography | Doug's Big Walk - Snowdon | Abstract Mindedness

In case you are unaware, Doug Chinnery has emerged in recent years as a leading figure in Landscape Photography in the UK, though he would be first to say nothing about him is leading...I disagree.

In 2018 Doug suffered a breakdown and has been working hard ever since to recover. Late in 2018 he set himself a target to walk to the summit of Snowdon, Wales' highest mountain and in doing so raise money for the charity Young Minds Trust. Additionally, working with Kozu Publishing, he is on the verge of publishing a book entitled 'Abstract Mindedness' which features his unique images made during his recovery.

This video features Doug's effort to climb Snowdon together with interview segments exploring his battle to overcome the issues he has faced and how photography has helped.
