We all know that training also means a lot of pain in your body 😬I’ve always realized that I need to be my own body mechanic to continue doing the sport I love and keep pushing hard. I’ve been reading, researching and I’ve stumbled upon IG @christinekoth book “Tight Hip Twisted Core” that made so much sense to me. She explained hip matters in a funny and easy way. I don’t know who else could do that. She also happened to be an inventor of a hip hook.
