The TEAR DOWN has Begun!

Welcome or welcome back to the channel! In this episode, my brother Joe and I begin the tear down of our father's 68' Oldsmobile 442. Starting with the removal of the transmission and engine.

These Oldsmobile big block are HEAV-VY. It is a serious pleasure though working on old school muscle cars and enjoying how simple technology was. couple of bolts, couple of wires, and she's out of there.

In the next episode, we will begin disassembling parts of the engine prepping it for a re-seal and re-spray. Taking a look into the engine bay at what damage our brake fluid leak has done. Along with going over parts that have arrived already.
