Due to sustained high outflow from the Mud Mountain Dam upriver, following the atmospheric river that slammed the Pacific Northwest, the White River remains in moderate flood stage on Sunday, Dec. 14. This video, taken in Pacific and Sumner, WA, shows the river overflowing its banks and putting water just feet from the top of temporary flood barriers in Pacific, with water beginning to flood an industrial park in Sumner. This is expected to continue for at least the next week due to reservoir conditions.
