CXRacing 🚮 E36 LSx swap longtube headers + mid pipe exhaust install and review.
Pros: Ground clearance is phenomenal, stainless steel
Cons: Did not clear ABS as advertised, ABS front mounting tab needed clearancing, an ABS line is touching the longtube (needs a custom brake line), EVAP purge valve bracket needs to be removed (pinch welded), welds look subpar, 1.65" OD, last longtube bolt near impossible to reach due to brake booster.
Most of the issues take minor work to rectify, but at the price point ($1,005), go with a different company, or custom longtubes + relocated ABS. My $0.02, these are from from "bolt on and easy install", and certainly does not clear ABS without modifications (as advertised by CX Racing).
