Theraband Legs on FIRE Workout - At Home or Studio Workout

Are you ready to have legs sore for days?
What you need?
Theraband ( I used Heavy resistance by sweat prep) + Dumbbell (or weight at home) I would range from 6kg - 20kg. You can always move up weights!
1. Begin put theraband just above knees and keep on ALL workout!
2. Do the glute activation + warm up exercises (20 reps per exercise)
3. Move into the main circuit. There are 6 exercises (so 12 rounds in total) 20 reps per exercise.
Do exercise 1 followed by the superset of 360 Split Squat Rotations
Then exercise 2 followed by superset of 360 split squat rotations... For all 6 exercises!
See how many rounds you can complete + track the weights you use!
TRAINER HACKS -
Make sure with your squats you are sitting back into your heels (imagine my fingers are under your toes at all times). Keep your chest open, back straight and focus on pulling your belly button into the spine!
** SQUEEZE those glutes! If you aren't focusing on squeezing those butt cheeks from the base of your squat up there is not going to be much happening there! Slow it down if you need to, TECHNIQUE ALWAYS TRUMPS SPEED OR WEIGHT!
*** JUMPS - Focus on rolling from toe to heel through your landing - this will control your impact and particularly help if you have knee or joint problems. It decreases the "shudder effect".
Most of all - Take the time to ENJOY this workout! I came up with this workout when I was feeling tired, blah and just over it. Adding the theraband to the workout gave me the extra resistance and control I needed!
