The BRRRR method (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat) is commonly known among real estate investors as one of the fastest ways to build a portfolio of rental properties. The beauty of the BRRRR strategy is that it takes less time and money to get properties to cash flow with baked-in appreciation.
