Home & Garden Colorado 2024 Designer Showhouse

Alpine Publishing Group established the Designer Showhouse project in 2013, raising approximately $450,000 for its charitable partners. Placing a spotlight on local design teams, builders, architects, and vendors, we are able to support the community through a unique and enjoyable experience for all. The Home & Garden Colorado 2024 Designer Showhouse Presented by Roth Living is a masterpiece of texture and light. Designed by Robinson Architecture and built by Caliber, the 6,380-foot home is both luxurious and livable with five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and liveable outdoor space. On the main floor, the living area has large sliding glass doors that open to a private back patio. A glass-walled corner office looks out over Washington Park and the Front Range. The second-floor master suite spans the home’s southern wall, offering another vantage point of the lake, park, and mountains. The third floor has a private bedroom and lounge area with bar that opens to the magnificent roof deck, which takes full advantage of unsurpassed views of Smith Lake in Washington Park and the Front Range. On the lower level, a huge entertainment space accommodates a pool table, bar, wine room, gym and sauna, full bath and a fifth bedroom or study space. To make accessibility easy, a private elevator transports you to every floor.

The home’s exterior is textured with board form concrete with black siding, and standing seam metal. A slat wall creates privacy for the second story’s exposure to the park, and prevents overheating from the sun.
