How to Sew a Ponytail Scrub Hat

This video will show you how to make your own pattern and then cut and sew ponytail style scrub hats. These are great for anyone with long hair that needs to be covered. The ties can be tied underneath at the nape of the neck to leave the hair loose inside, or twisted around a ponytail or bun and tied on top. What you’ll need to do this;
Rudimentary sewing knowledge and some patience
A sewing machine
Throw away fabric to cut your reusable pattern
1/3 yard of fabric off the bolt (folded) that has no particular direction to the pattern
One package of 1/2” extra wide double fold bias tape
1/2” elastic cut into 6 1/4” strips
A largish safety pin
Several straight pins
Fabric scissors
