Skewered chicken & Special Masala Dosa Recipe

1. Skewered chicken

Recipe Ingredients:
Chicken
Garlic
Green chilly
Ginger
Shallots
Pepper powder
Curry leaves
Garam masla
Chilly-turmeric powder
Salt
Lemon juice
Oil

Instructions
1.Cut the chicken as flat piece
2. Soak the skewers stic water for half an hour.

Preparations
1. Combine garlic,green chilly,ginger,shallots,pepper-turmeric-chilly powder,garam masala,lemon juice and oil and grind it as fine paste.
2. Marinate the chicken piece with masala paste for 15 mins
3. Thread the chicken with the skeward stic.
4. Heat a tawa with a little oil. Put the Skewered chicken in the tawa. And grill for a while.
5. Serve it as hot.

2. Special Masala Dosa Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
Dosa dough
Potato mashed
Curry leaves
Green chilly
Ginger chopped
Urad dhal (uzhunnu parippu)
Dry chilly
Fried dry chilly
Coconut
Mustard
Onion turmeric powder
Oil

Preparations
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Splutter the mustard,dry chilly uzhunnuparippu,curry leaves,ginger,green chilly,onion turmeric powder and salt
3. Put the mashed potato and mix well.
4. Grind the coconut,fried dry chilly and salt for the chutney.
5. Take a non-stick tawa. Pour the dough as round shape.Sprinkle some oil on it. Sprinkle the chutney over it.Put the masala on one side of the dosa. And fold it and serve hot.
