In conjunction with Diwali celebration,today I wanna share how to make Indian sweets that are very famous and easy to prepare. It is crunchy, sweet and I'm sure u will love this.
Correction 00.31 : TURMERIC POWDER

Dough:-
1 cup of flour
3 tbsp cornflour
1/4 cup @ 4 tbsp heavy cream
155ml water
Turmeric powder
Food coloring
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp melted/soft butter
Coating Syrup :-
2 cups sugar
1 - 1 /2 cups hot water
2 tbsp lemon squeeze
8-10pcs cardamons
Food coloring
NOTE : Make sure the sugar syrup boils/foamy and sticks if touched. And dip Jalebi while it is still hot.

Bahan-bahan :-
1 cawan tepung
3 sdm tepung jagung
4 sdm @ 1/4 cawan krim / yogurt
155ml air
Serbuk kunyit
Pewarna makanan
1/4 sdt baking soda
3 sdm butter lembut/cair
Bahan celup :-
2 cawan gula
1 - 1 1/2 cawan air panas
2 sdm perahan lemon
8 - 10 biji buah pelaga
Pewarna makanan
***PASTIKAN AIR GULA MENDIDIH DAN BERBUIH SERTA MELEKAT BILA DISENTUH. KEMUDIAN CELUP JALEBI KETIKA SIRAP GULA MASIH PANAS.
