CHILE COLORADO ROASTED CHICKEN

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how To make my favorite chile colorado roasted chicken! Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 cup vinegar
12 New Mexico or guajillo chile pods
1/2 onion
2 bay leaves
3 garlic
10 whole clove
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp whole black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 1/2 c water
Favorite chicken seasoning
