The ALLIANCE spoke with Scottish Government to find out about Getting It Right For Everyone (GIRFE), a new way of working that aims to put the person at the heart of every decision about their own health and social care.
GIRFE is a proposed multi-agency approach of support and services that will support people from young adulthood to end of life care. We spoke to the Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport, and the four GIRFE professional leads within Scottish Government, to ask them what GIRFE is all about.
