8 slices of bread
150g cut into 12 thin slices of pizza mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Spring onion
Oil for fry bread
2 Slices of ham
Flour
Breadcrumbs
-Slice the mozzarella into 12 pieces and keep aside.
-To the eggs add salt, black pepper, garlic, spring onion, mix and there after add a bit of milk mix again.
-Place 3 slices of cheese on one slice of bread then cover with the other slice, slice the edges of the bread.
-Coat with the flour on all sides and then dip it in the egg mixture make sure the bread is covered with the egg, after that coat with the breadcrumbs. For the ham version repeat the same process but this time you add mozzarella then ham between the two slices.
-Put oil in a large pan heat on medium until hot, fry the bread until crispy golden brown, then take them away from the pan put on a plate which is lined with a paper towel.
-Serve and enjoy!
