Hi, friends! Today I’m sharing my signature recipe for healthy keto bread that’s not only low carb, but also rich in plant-based protein, fiber, and healthy fats! 💥

➡️ Total: ~1297 kcal per whole loaf
➡️ If divided into 20 servings — about 65 kcal per servingNet carbs: 10.6 g per whole loaf
➡️ If divided into 20 servings: ~0.5 g net carbs per serving!

→ Low-carb composition, no flour, fiber from psyllium and flax helps control sugar levels.

Recipe and ingredients:
1/2 cup (50 g) psyllium.
a little salt.
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder.
coriander.
1 cup (150 g) flaxseed.
grind in a coffee grinder.
3/4 cup (200 ml) water.
another 1/2 cup (125 ml) water.
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
mix well.
leave for 15 minutes.
50 g walnuts.
rinse and dry in a frying pan.
grind with water.
mix well.
shape the bread.
sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 60-70 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

🧊 How to store keto bread:
✅ Refrigerate
Keep in an airtight container or paper bag covered with plastic wrap for up to 5-7 days.

It's best to slice after it's completely cooled and refrigerate to preserve the texture.

❄️ Freeze
Up to 2 months if you slice it into portions and wrap each slice in parchment or plastic wrap.

You can defrost it in the refrigerator or reheat it in a toaster/oven before eating.
