👉 In this video, I’ll show you step by step how to prepare Sabudana Khichdi with oil, mild spices, and fresh lemon flavor.
✨ Easy to digest, quick to cook, and ideal for fasting or light meals.
🥣 Ingredients (for 4 servings):
Sabudana (soaked & drained) – 200 g
Peanut – 100 g
Oil – a little
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger & green chilli – chopped little
Carrot – 1 (chopped)
Potato – 1 medium (chopped raw)
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Curry leaves – a few
Turmeric powder – a little
Salt – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – ½ lemon
Coriander leaves – a few (chopped)
🥘 Method (short):
Roast and crush peanuts.
Fry cumin, ginger, chilli, curry leaves, carrot, and raw potato.
Add tomato, turmeric, salt, and sugar.
Mix sabudana & peanuts, cook till transparent.
Finish with lemon juice & coriander leaves.
