Ingredients:
1 16oz bag dry red kidney beans, soaked overnight
3 cinnamon sticks
2 13.5oz cans coconut milk
2 12oz cans evaporated
3 batata cut into cubes
1c of sugar
1tsp vanilla
1/2tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp salt
1tsp ground ginger, optional
1tsp nutmeg
1tbsp butter
1c raisins
Milk cookies, optional
