Nonocat Airsoft Review - Northeast Airsoft Sten MK2 Long Branch Chinese Variant Gas Blowback

The Sten gun was one of the most iconic rifles in WW2 and the Sten MKII was the most produced variant which helped the resistance greatly in the Second World War. For so many years, the Airsoft community have always lacked WW2 British replicas but Northeast continues to impress! Their newest addition to the Sten collection, the Canadian Long Branch Sten MK2 and the Chinese variant produced for export to aid the war in the far east!

A bit of history:
Canada produced over 100,000 Sten guns during the Second World War. These were all of the Mk 2 model and were manufactured at a government-owned company: Small Arms Ltd, of Long Branch, Ontario. Over 72,000 of them were intended for delivery to China and these could be identified with the markings on the magwell in Chinese writings.
They read "司登" as pronounced in Mandarin to sounds like "Sten" . The second line, "Hand Carry Machine Gun", and as follows, "Canada".
