Is there life without pockets? 🙃 Here I'll add inseam pockets to my dress step by step and finish all the seams with a French seam. I really love pockets in any outfit. Whether it's a dress, skirt, or pants, they should be there. And a French seam will help you make inseam pockets neat from both inside and outside, even if you don't have a serger. You could very easily use this tutorial for side seam pockets in a variety of garments. It'll work just as well.
