Join me in the kitchen as I make these amazing banana oatmeal cookies!
This recipe has a special story - my son brought some of these cookies home from a lady who works at our local high school, and they were so good that we got together and she shared her grandma's recipe with me. I'm so excited to pass it along to you!
For this recipe I used bananas, butter, light brown sugar, an egg, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt, and quick oats. These cookies are soft with a cake-like texture and have that perfect homemade taste that comes from a recipe passed down through generations.
I tend to ramble a lot while baking and show everything I'm doing - it's just my way, and I hope you all like it!
